There has never been a better time to buy a new home. Rates have been low for a while, but rates and home values have never intersected at there current levels at the same time. What is happening, actual values have been lower than percieved values for quite a while. With lower house values, low interest rates and Federal Homebuyer Tax Credits, buying a new home has never been more affordable.
